Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
• Original tags, packaging and accessories must be included where applicable.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
• Pre-loved items may have minor signs of wear, which will be noted in the product description.
• Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be assessed and handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Due to the unique nature of our pieces, exchanges may not always be available.
